About this course

Structured around employment in the health and social care sector, this course has been designed with relevant employers to meet the demanding needs of the industry. Our lecturers will help you develop specialist knowledge and skills in care work.

You’ll work with a range of different people such as young offenders, those with mental health needs, learning disabilities and also the vulnerable, elderly and disabled.

Entry Requirements

  • A typical offer will include GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent) and a UCAS tariff score of 100-140. This can be achieved from an NVQ Level 3 or BTEC Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
