Students undertake applied modules in which they are responsible as managers in the industry of real-life food and beverage and restaurant operations, combined with key theoretical underpinning delivered through lectures and interactive workshops. - Successful completion of a Postgraduate Diploma from any Swiss Education Group school (with internship) or undergraduate degree in Hotel Management (or related discipline) with a minimum of 6-month work experience
- English language proficiency of TOEFL 525 or IELTS 5.5 or OOPT 60+ or equivalent
- Recommended minimum age of 21 years
