About this course

This program that provides a curriculum that consists of various practical courses and intensive classes on theory to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to become accomplished journalists in the field of print media and broadcasting. Courses are taught by seasoned faculty and talented experts who continue to play active roles out in the field of journalism. Journalists and news producers at newspapers, broadcasting stations, magazines, the press, internet media, etc.

Entry Requirements

  • General: Applicant must hold a valid high school diploma
  • Transfer (Sophomore-level)
    • Completed two semesters (one year) with more than 33 credits from 4-year universities in Korea
    • Completed two semesters (one year) with 1/4 graduation credits from 4-year universities outside Korea
    • Graduated or graduate-to-be from 2-year college both in and outside Korea
  • Transfer (Junior-level)
    • Completed two semesters (one year) with more than 33 credits from 4-year universities in Korea
    • Completed two semesters (one year) with 1/4 graduation credits from 4-year universities outside Korea
    • Graduated or graduate-to-be from 2-year college both in and outside Korea

Language Proficiency Requirement

  • All undergraduate program applicants must satisfy language proficiency requirement before they apply for admission. Test scores more than two years old will not be accepted as proof of language proficiency.
    • All programs: TOPIK 3 or above
    • Programs in area of arts, design, music, and sports: TOPIK 1 or above
