About this course
This programme focuses on advanced cookery skills and students will learn about kitchen management and administration processes. Also, they will develop skills in menu design with a focus on working with local produce, and prepare and serve their own food in real industry situations.
- You must have achieved the Certificate in Cookery (Level 3), OR equivalent qualification/experience.
- International students will be individually assessed to ensure you meet the entry requirements.
English Language Requirement
- IELTS: overall band score of 6.0 (with no band score less than 6.0).
