The New Zealand Ministry of Education requires students under the age of 18 to complete and sign a document on your behalf when applying for a course online.

Every country needs to meet their own requirements. The first one is by completing a qualification that is equivalent to the entrance standard of a New Zealand university. Students who attended the secondary school in New Zealand, by completing a foundation programme in New Zealand, or by completing a foundation programme that is not offered by a university in New Zealand.

New Zealand has English as their native language. As an international student, you need to have a minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS as well or a score of at least 80 in TOEFL. Of course, the exact score requirements can vary depending on which university you wish to apply for.
