About this course
Global Law provides a new point of view when it comes to law: it puts "global" before "local". Global Law goes beyond the limits of one jurisdictional system and allows students to integrate knowledge from different research fields when tackling an assignment. These skills are essential in an organization where legal cases can involve a range of different jurisdictions, perspectives and solutions.
The Bachelor Global law offers a unique learning experience. In this program students will work together with classmates from all around the world, receive instruction from excellent researchers and teachers and develop an ability to conduct scientific research. The interdisciplinary program gives students insight into different research fields.
Meet the following requirement:
- Have a high school diploma which is equivalent to the Dutch VWO diploma. Examples of diplomas which are accepted are the IB, EB, Abitur, Swiss Maturité, etc. In addition, applicants need to be in the top 30% of their class.
English Language requirements
- Academic IELTS (minimum score 6.0 overall, minimum score of 5.5 on individual parts);
- TOEFL (minimum score of 80 for the internet based test, 550 for the paper based test. TOEFL institutional code of Tilburg University is 9860);
- Cambridge Proficiency Examination (CPE, score A, B or C) or Cambridge Advanced English (CAE, score A, B or C).
