UTAR lecturers and staff provided good teaching style, attitude and services for everyone; additionally, facilities provided in library is highly satisfy.

The equipment in toilet is broken and never fix for it especially the water-tap, the road condition inside the campus (Kampar) also bad, especially for bicycle riders. However, the fees charged for facilities is getting higher and higher and never make a reasonable explanation for students.
