How is the academic life at this university/college? GREAT! My academic life in Taylor's University had been a great surfing experience for me figuratively. Like an ocean, the University life is normally come and enjoyable, though it can get roughs and choppy due to a lot of commitments and assignments all due on the same week. The one thing that I had learned in this University is that it is very useful to have the ability to multi-tasks because if you are able to do so then your life in this University is going to be easy. There are a lot of groups that can give you support in either academics, achievements or even your life goals. What are the students like? The students are of different background I have to say. The most prominent example that I can give is that in just one class, there maybe students from different countries, different education background and even from different states if they were from Malaysia themselves. Therefore the students of Taylor's University are of diverse background and I really do enjoy this diversity as it makes my life in this University richer. What do students do when not studying? Tell us about the social and sports life. In my experience, there are a lot of ways the students will do to spend their time when they are not studying. Since most of the students are of Asian background, they tend to group together in doing things. If they are of the active type they will be hanging around the gym or the sports centre playing sports. If they were of the fan club of a certain activities such as anime, then they will always hang around in one spot and just chill. There are also clubs that specifically created in order to further improve and expand the networks of a student in this university. As an overall Taylor's University has managed to prepare and provide an adequate number of quality clubs in it's University. What is your overall opinion about this university/college? As an overall opinion, I would say that my time spent studying in Taylor's University is the best highlight moment in my life yet. This is because not only I am able to learn something different and directly apply it in my working life (as I am a student majoring in Hospitality Industry), I am also able t learn new knowledge outside the syllabus and make new friends that I know would last a lifetime and will always be there for me shall I need them. I really am glad to have chosen this University as my education centre for my degree.
