Staff members are very friendly and helpful. A simple email goes a long way when it comes to student services. Some local lecturers are extremely helpful towards their students and have very good knowledge in their field of study but only some.

There is a huge variety of lecturers from different countries, all lecturers from the UK are very good specifically, only a handful from other countries are also good. However, some lecturers couldn't speak English properly making it difficult for us students to learn. Newer Chinese local lecturers come off as being arrogant. Bias can be seen in academic learning and many others between the students in the Malaysian campus and the UK campus. Don't expect much help from the authorities in the local campus as well, they will simply send your problems to the authorities in the UK campus.
