Entry Requirements

  • Pass in SPM/SPMV/O Levels or equivalent with at least 3 credits including English; 
  • Pass in UEC with 3Bs including English; 
  • Two (2) Principle in STPM with a credit in English for SPM; 
  • Possess any other qualifications that is recognised by MQA and equivalent to the stated qualifications.

English Language Requirement:

  • Credit in SPM English/English 1119;
  • IELTS score of 4.0;
  • TOEFL score of 400 (paper-based), 173 (computer-based) or 61 (iBT) [foundation program];
  • TOEFL score of 450 (paper-based), 213 (computer-based) or 79 (iBT) [undergraduate program]; 
  • Grade B in UEC English Language
  • Band 2 in MUET
  • Band 6 in the English Enhancement Program (held during semester 1 at MIU)
