About

Agricultural science is the study of biological systems and their management in order to produce food sustainably. Agriculture has been a practice and a critical component of human progress on Earth.

Agriculture is a branch of biotechnology that employs biological knowledge to improve agricultural yields and food quality.

This curriculum is intended to generate specialist human resources capable of applying technical and practical abilities to manage plantation crops using sustainable technology.

Entry Requirements

  • SPM : 3 credits, including one Science subject
  • O-level : 3 credits, including one Science subject
  • STPM : 1 Principle or any other qualifications as accepted by the Senate
  • A Level : 1 Principle or any other qualifications as accepted by the Senate
  • UEC : Minimum 3Bs, including Mathematics and one Science subject
  • SAM/Ausmat/HSC : Minimum average of 50% in 5 subjects including Mathematics and one Science subject
  • Canadian PreU/CIMP : Minimum average of 50% in 6 subjects

English Language Requirements

  • SPM : Pass (Local Students)
  • O-level : Grade C
  • TOEFL in both PBT and IBT : 520 (PBT) / 68 (iBT) / 190 (CBT) (International Students)
  • IELTS : 5.0 (International Students)
  • IEP : Level 3 (International Students)
