About HELP College of Arts and Technology (HELP CAT)

HELP College of Art & Technology was previously known as HELP International College of Technology (HICT). HELP CAT was established in May 2011. It was based in Klang and moved to Fraser Business Park, Sungai Besi. HELP CAT is a part of the multi-campus development of the HELP Group. The English Language program that is offered here ensures that all their students are well prepared to meet the academic demands of all university partners.

Developed to accommodate  growth of the HELP Colleges, HELP CAT offers a various courses to their students with top facilities for their vocational courses that requires practices and hands-on training.



Campus information

HELP CAT campus is located at Fraser Business Park, Sungai Besi. There is a bridge link that connects the college to the Chan Sow Lin LRT Station making it easier for the students to travel to the college and to other places. 

HELP CAT offers Foundation Studies in Arts and Science, Diplomas in Business, Accountancy, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Hotel Management, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Culinary Arts and Foundation Studies in Arts and Science.

There are various facilities provided in the campus to help the students.


There are various accommodations choices that the students can choose from. There is One Stop service apartment that is located approximately 3 minutes away from HELP CAT campus. Students can also stay nearby any LRT Stations as HELP CAT is connected to Chan Sow Lin LRT Station.
