About this course
The Masters in Human Resource Management programme, inclusive of the EduQual Diploma in Human Resource Management (SCQF Level 11), is designed to enhance understanding and competence gained through professional qualifications and to develop ability to think strategically about management and organisational change.
Additionally, the programme is designed to broaden your specialist knowledge. The 'Research Methods and Dissertation' module covers an introduction to research, types of research methodology, formulating and planning a research project, data collection and analysis and presentation of research findings.

- UK Bachelor's degree or equivalent and two years managerial experience OR at least five years managerial experience (evaluated on an individual basis).
- Applicants with a Level 7 postgraduate diploma or a professional qualification such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Devevlopment (CIPD) postgraduate diploma may receive partial of full exemption from the EduQual programme and be considered for direct entry to the MA in Human Resource Management Top-Up programme.
- A good command of English - IELTS level 6.0.
