"I was 6 years old when I saw my grandmother bake an amazing cake. I immediately fell in love with cuisine and I paused for a long time, when my grandma explain the procedures. My grandma compared the cook as the depth of the life... The most important ingredient being passion. This is the way. I found the same passion in this course and decided to attend this course of cook/cuisine. I'm enthusiastic because the teacher is a chef first, and he has the same passion that I'm always looking for! I have always been interested in cuisine. I believe that good cuisine is supported by a good person and a good chef. The cuisine also requires (dedizione, impegno, amore non mi ricordo bene *dedication and diligence forse) So only a close relationship between love - good teacher/chef - diligence can really contribute to a successful development of our cuisine, our passion!"
