About Institute of Technology, Tallaght

The mission of Institute of Technology Tallaght is to be the centre of higher education and knowledge creation within South Dublin County and its environs, to broaden participation in higher education in the region, to be recognised as a leader in supporting research and commercial innovation, and to assist in the advancement of the economic, social and cultural life of the region.

The Institute will:

Take Exit 10 (Marked Ballymount/Belgard Rd) Take right turn at top of ramp (heading for Belgard Road)| Follow R838 straight through 2 sets of lights (Luas tracks will be on the right hand side)At the junction with Belgard Road (R113), take the left turn. Route from Newlands Cross.

Travelling from Limerick\Cork|Waterford on the Naas Road. Turn right at Newlands Cross onto the Belgard Road (R113). Travel straight along the Belgard Road for approxiamately 4km, passing through a number (6app)of traffic light junctions until you come to a small roundabout. Drive straight though the roundabout Take the left turn at the next set of traffic lights (they are just after the roundabout) Take the next left turn for the Institute gate just before a set of traffic lights.
