- Has bachelor degree of Law, from state/private university.
- Recommendation from two senior lecturers and/or head of employment institution.
- Admission test: academic potential test, English, and Indonesian Legal System.
The Law Graduate Program offers three concentrations, as follows:
- Criminal Law
- Agrarian Law
- Business Law
Students should accomplish 44 credits. Study duration is 4 (four) semesters, consists of 18 weeks per semester, i.e. 16 weeks of lecture, 1 week mid semester exam, and 1 week final exam. In the third semester, students required to submit the thesis proposal. After completion of 44 credits and thesisexamination, graduates will have the academic title of Master of Law, or equivalent with stratum-2 title according to the regulation of Ministry of National Education
