About this course

In focus Civil Law They deal primarily with the counterparties located in BGB jurisdictions. Besides BGB - General part, the law governing contractual and legal obligations, property law and inheritance and family law but are also legal foundation subjects in the lecture plan. In studying legal basic understanding, scientific knowledge and skills and the legal methodology are taught. They learn simple legal issues to solve independently and basic knowledge useful to the civil law. Scientific work train and document through course-related chores and a term paper.
