Clinical nutrition links nutritional scientific knowledge with clinical issues. It involves exploring nutritional relationships based on nutritional therapeutic strategies and transfers these to medical practice.
The “Clinical Nutrition” Master’s program focuses on clinically oriented nutritional research. You will acquire in-depth knowledge on illnesses related to nutritional habits and about the impact of various nutrients and natural substances on the body’s metabolism, as well as the correlating physiological, immunological and pathophysiological reactions.
In connection with a broad range of methods of applied research, you will learn to transfer the knowledge about the fundamentals of biomedicine to clinical contexts.
