About this course

The aim of the master is to train students to understand current issues of complexity and biological diversity to meet current challenges of research and innovation in the areas of academic research and industry biotechnology and health. This goes through multidisciplinary approaches made ​​necessary following the evolution and rapid development of broadband biology technology and information technology related to the analysis and modeling of biological data. They will eventually be able to take over autonomously application development projects in various programming languages, to offer innovative IT solutions and realize analyzes and developments necessary to test new methods and assumptions.

The Bioinformatics master enable graduates to access positions:

  • Engineer in bioinformatics, including Research and Development
  • Designer and developer of Biology Databases, health, agriculture or environment
  • Designer and developer of algorithms and bioinformatics software and data analyst

Entry Requirements

  • The program is open to the best french and international students, who have at least a bachelor, license (L3), or students at the end of training cycle engineer in the field of Biology, Computer Science or Mathematics.
