To manage a potentially large number of submissions, the contest will follow a three-stage judging process.
Random Semi-finalist Draw
A total of 100 semi-finalists will be selected through a random draw from all contest entries received. If any selected entry does not meet the contest qualification requirements, it will be disqualified and replaced by another randomly selected entry from the remaining eligible pool. This process will be repeated until 100 qualified semi-finalists have been confirmed.
Posting multiple videos may increase your chances of being selected, but only one entry per participant will be considered.
EasyUni Selects 10 Finalists
10 finalists will be selected by EasyUni based on overall quality, authenticity, and relevance to the contest theme.
Final Judging Panel
The final Winner and Runner-up will be selected from the 10 finalists by a panel of judges evaluating on:
- Storytelling
- Authenticity
- Creativity
- Positive representation of EasyUni
The decision of the judging panel is final.

Terms & Conditions
- Participants must be international students currently studying in Malaysia.
- Entries must comply with all contest requirements to qualify as a valid submission.

EasyUni reserves the right to disqualify entries that:
- contain inappropriate content,
- provide misleading information,
- infringe copyright,
- or fail to meet the contest requirements.
- Participants may submit multiple videos. However, only one entry per participant may be selected as a finalist or winner.
- Videos must remain publicly accessible.
- By participating, contestants grant EasyUni permission to repost, share, promote, and use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Engagement manipulation, including purchased views, likes, comments, or fake engagement, may result in disqualification.
- The judging panel's decision is final and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
- If the contest receives fewer than 50 valid submissions, EasyUni may revise the prize structure.
