About this course
The Master of Accountancy provides students with the opportunity to complete the pre-entry educational requirements for CPA Australia and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) where a 16-unit master degree is required. The Master of Accountancy can also be taken by students as an extension of the Master of Professional Accounting as it contains the same 12 core units, plus four additional electives.
- Applicants must have successfully completed an undergraduate degree, or higher, in any discipline.
- Applications from Australian and New Zealand citizens and holders of permanent resident visas must be made via the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC).
- Applicants who have undertaken studies overseas may have to provide proof of proficiency in English. Local and International applicants who are applying through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) will find details of minimum English proficiency requirements and acceptable proof on the UAC website.
