About this course

APIC's MBA is designed to reflect and address present day management challenges. It is designed to educate a new class of managers who can transform the state of thinking and practice in today's technology-based organisations. The emphasis is on the acquisition of high level expertise and perspectives beyond the normative thinking.

MBA graduates will demonstrate a command of contemporary business and management literature, theory and practice. They will display high level professional skills and attitude. A distinguishing character of the MBA program is its focus on both business (general) management and leadership in an integrated manner. The dual focus enables the student to acquire a systemic view of how businesses are organised, while learning how teams and functions are formed, and how leadership principles can be applied to promote a positive and creative culture within technology-based enterprises and leading industries.

Another distinguishing character is the focus on entrepreneurship and international business. Thus, the MBA aims to develop managers with vastly expanded knowledge and expertise in both business and management. Within this paradigm goals are defined that embrace sustainability and social responsibility at both corporate and operational level.

In summary, the MBA promotes unique models of management that infuse the concepts of sustainability in management decisions and processes reflecting the dynamic and complex nature of today's business endeavours and enterprises. The enterprise model we apply in the MBA program installs the triple bottom line as the enterprise's goals. Our approach makes sustainability a dimension of learning in all learning activities and learning projects pursued by our students.
