Entry Requirements

• Letter of approval from the Malaysian Department of Civil Aviation
• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / ‘O’ Levels, or its equivalent a minimum of five (5) credits inculding English, Mathematics and a Science subject
• Minimum age of seventeen (17) years
• Successful medical examination Class I with requisite certificate from DCA approved medical examiner
• Adequate competency in the English language

COURSE CONTENT
Flight Training
Flight training consists of 200 hours which includes:-

• Single engine (Diamond DA-40 TDI aircraft)
• FNPT II using Twin Engine Diamond DA-42 Glass-Cockpit layout
• Twin engine (Diamond 42 Twin Star Glass-Cockpit Aircraft)

Ground Training
Ground training consists of 920 hours which includes the subjects below:-

• Navigation, Meteorology & Radio Aids
• Radiotelephony
• Human Performances & Limitations

JAA Phase I

• Principles of Flight
• Power Plant
• Electrics
• Airframes
• VFR Communications
• IFR Communications
• Type Rating Single Engine

JAA Phase II

• General Navigation
• Flight Planning & Monitoring
• Radio Navigation
• Meteorology
• Instrumentation

JAA Phase III

• Performance
• Mass & Balance
• Human Performances & Limitations
• Air Law I & II
• Operational Procedures
• Type Rating Twin Engine
