STEP 1, Submitting your Application
For those who wish to submit your application online, please make an online submission to ICAM. Candidates who prefer to submit their application via post can download the forms here and send them to: Student Affairs Department International College of Automotive (ICAM) DRB-HICOM Automotive Complex, Peramu Jaya Industrial Area, P.O. Box 8, 26607 Pekan, Pahang Darul Makmur, Malaysia. Please include the following documents with your submission Two (2) coloured passport-sized photograph (non-returnable), Certified photocopy of Applicant’s NRI, CCertified result Transcripts of SPM, O-Levels or equivalent, Certified photocopies of any other important documents or certificates. Certified photocopy of School Leaving Certificate (Sijil Berhenti Sekolah)Application Fee of RM50 (Postal Order)Application forms are available from the ICAM Student Affairs Centre, Pekan or atwww.icam.edu.my
STEP 2, What happens next?
Upon receipt of the application form and if successful, you will receive a Welcome Pack. This contains: A Letter of OfferFee Payment ScheduleHostel FormStudent ID Card Form Note: If you wish to obtain financial assistance, this is the time to make enquiries. For the range of available options, please contact the Student Affairs Department 09-424 2494 or 1-300-88-4226. STEP 3, Should you choose to acceptShould you decide to accept the offer, please make payment in accordance to the Fee Schedule as provided in the Welcome Pack. Accepted modes of payment: CashBank Draft to Hicom University College Sdn. Bhd. orDirect bank-in to Bank Muamalat account number 1211 0000 2197 18 Please be present for enrolment at the college on registration day as stated in the Letter of Offer. Remember to bring along:.The original copies of all the documents specified in Step 1, for verification, Proof of payment made accordance to the Fee Schedule
STEP 4, Welcome to ICAM!
Once you have completed the above procedures, you are ready for ICAM Orientation (5 days orientation). This is mandatory for all new students as the information presented will include pertinent information on your new life as an ICAM student. Held on campus after Registration day, you will familiarized your self with: The programme, awards, requirement and assessment criteria, College Rules and Regulations, Academic calendar and time tableInduction Programme. You will also receive your uniforms (4 sets) during Registration Day. Reminder: Attendance is compulsory. If you are not present, you will not be allowed to commence your studies. For the Registration, the dress code is Smart Casual. Slippers, sandals, singlets, shorts and baggy or torn jeans are not allowed.
STEP 5, Getting ready
Starting Induction Day, you are required to be in uniform i.e. ICAM shirt (provided), black pants and sport shoes.
