Campus

Manipal International University (MIU) moved into its permanent campus in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan in January 2013. The campus is built on a 140-acre property surrounded by green hills and adjacent to a picturesque lake. The campus is designed to provide the most conducive environment for students to excel.

The main administration building houses the Vice Chancellor’s office, the admissions office, and other student affairs and administration offices. The sprawling low-rise building is designed to blend with the campus environment.

The large academic building overlooking the picturesque 9.5-acre lake is the School of Engineering, which will also be the temporary home to the School of Business and School of Life Sciences. When all development is completed, this building will serve as the focal point for nearly 10,000 engineering students. The U-shaped building -- joined at the center by a huge double arch symbolizing the iconic Manipal "M” -- will house all the engineering areas.

The campus is being developed in phases over five years, with a student capacity of over 20,000 once it is completed.
